Tahona Boutique de Pan
About the Client + Objective
Tahona, a cherished boutique bakery with over six decades of history, underwent a transformative rebranding that included new designs for bags, labels, containers, and boxes, fostering a cohesive visual narrative around the brand. This endeavor transcends a simple makeover; it's an homage to the rich heritage, cultural depth, and skilled artistry of bakery craftsmanship, rekindling the spirit of a boutique bakery where every product has a unique tale to tell.
"Tahona" evokes the era of traditional stone milling, a nod to the meticulous and passionate craft of baking. This deep respect for foundational practices inspired our unique symbol: the baker knight. This figure is no ordinary warrior; he is a custodian of heritage, brandishing a baker's peel instead of a lance, a symbol of his noble dedication to genuineness. His mount is a tribute to the enduring efforts of the horses that powered the mills, honoring their contribution as an artistic expression.
Our redesign celebrates the harmony of historical reverence with modern flair. We've selected a sophisticated color scheme featuring rich coffee tones, accented with hints of light yellow and soft pink, creating a blend of elegance and warmth. Every element of Tahona, from the chosen hues to the crafted packaging, has been thoughtfully curated to project an aura of exclusivity and a profound homage to its enduring legacy.
